70’s Design From Blafre

We grew up in London in the 70’s in a house that was beautifully styled by my mum who I think was always a bit ahead of her time.  Purple and turquoise swirl curtains, black gloss painted hard board floors and black matt Ladderax, grey carpet tiles and Verner Panton junk shop finds that you can only dream of these days.  This is the chair that I grew up spinning around in that I still have today.

Growing up in the 70’s it’s difficult not to be drawn to contemporary products that have an unmistakable retro feel to them. Happy days are back again with Blafre and their 70’s inspired homeware designs.  Check out their range of thermos flasks that are a great size for kids or to take your morning coffee to the park, drinking bottles and tin lunch boxes all made from recycled stainless steel.
